一种紫外光固化树脂的合成及性能表征

摘 要:以羟丙基硅油MOK-7800、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯HPMA为原料,合成了一种紫外光固化树脂HPSACR。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)跟踪反应进程,通过动态热机械分析仪(DMA)、拉伸试验机和热重分析仪(TGA)研究HPSACR与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)以不同比例共混紫外光固化样品的热机械性能、力学性能和热稳定性。最终确定,HPSACR与TMPTA以10∶7.5比例共混所得紫外光固化样品较优,储能模量在-40℃,25℃和40℃分别为668.3MPa,542.5MPa和434.6MPa,玻璃化转变温度为91.65℃;常温弹性模量为677.85MPa,断裂伸长率为95.295%;氮气气氛下初始降解温度T5%和T10%分别为292.06℃和301.90℃,残炭率为2.082%。

Synthesis and Characterization of a Kind of UV-curing Resin

Abstract: A UV-curing resin HPSACR was synthesized with hydroxypropyl silicone oil MOK-7800, isophorone diisocyanate IPDI and hydroxypropyl methacrylate HPMA as raw materials. The reaction process was tracked with infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The thermal mechanical properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the UV-curing HPSACR and trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) blends with different mixing ratios was studied through dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer (DMA), cupping machine and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). Finally, it was confirmed that the UV-curing samples was superior when the HPSACR and TMPTA were mixed with a ratio of 10:7.5, the storage modulus at -40℃, 25℃ and 40℃ were 668.3MPa, 542.5MPa and 434.6MPa respectively, and the glass transition temperature was 91.65℃. The elastic modulus was 677.85MPa at normal temperature, and the elongation at break was 95.295%. The initial degradation temperature in nitrogen atmosphere T5% and T10% were 292.06℃ and 301.90℃ respectively, and the char yield was 2.082%.
